Maxon app installer says that I've a wrong password

I bought universe now I need to log in on the Maxon app to instal but it keep saving that my password is wrong so I can't instal de MAXON APP how is this possible ?

Sorry about your trouble.
I assume you followed the steps shown here.
Make sure you are on the newest Maxon App Version.
If you have no working password, use the Forgot Password option.

I do not have access to the data base, you need to open a ticket.
