Exporting to Cinema 4d

I am having issues connecting forger to Cinema 4d for exports and imports. I went through the steps I saw on the site but I still can't get it to work

If the trouble you encounter is not a workflow but based on technical problems, like hardware or software code). Here, I can guide you as much as possible through the steps.I used the current releases and the same WiFi (same "band" and frequency)
In Cinema 4D, I have set up the Preferences> Extension> Forger File Transfer.
I restarted both apps after set up, and I was able to round-trip my model. I hope we get this done for you as well.One question: can you airdrop files? (I presume an iPad to Mac workflow)
