Too many clicks to switch from a menu to another

I’ve noticed that, if for example I click on the “Display Settings” menu, and then on the “Materials” menu, the second click will simply close the current menu.
This is a bit clunky, not only because of the extra click required, but because I have to wait for both the menu closing animation, and the opening one… resulting in a good second wasted to just open the next menu, and 3 clicks to open 2 menus.
In my opinion, in addition to this request, it would be great if you were to support hovering as well (on the newer iPad models). In this case you could get rid of the second click all together, as once you open a menu, you could hover on top of another one to have it immediately open.
