Does anyone know how to save a corrupted file? I just opened it and now I can’t move around the world. It just completely disappeared.

It says I still have all the objects and everything, but it doesn’t let me interact with the model or the world at all. I don’t really know what to do since changing the camera focus does nothing.

Any help? I don’t want to waste more time recreating the model if this might happen again

EDIT: Luckily I was able to generate a turntable. However my main issue is that I still can’t edit or move anything in the view port. All I’m seeing is the background color of my scene.

        Hi basis-high,

Sorry that no one has replied so far.

I assume that your iPad is not running out of memory.

Please check with tech support. This should be nothing that you have to deal with.

@Dr-Sassi No worries, I appreciate the response!

I’ll clear some more space in my iPad for now and if that doesn’t work I’ll go ahead and contact tech support.

          Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for your patience, basis-high.

Fingers crossed it was just memory based.

            Have a great weekend
